Agreement
By using this portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The portal is provided by Orani Suhay Foundation Inc. for official scholarship administration only.
Accounts
Logins are issued by the foundation. You must keep your password confidential and log out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell the office at once if you think someone else used it.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only for scholarship, internship, employment follow-up, and related foundation business. Do not upload unlawful, false, or harmful content; attempt to access another person’s records; interfere with the system; or scrape the site. Submissions and messages must be truthful to the best of your knowledge.
Content you submit
You grant the foundation the right to store, review, print, and use files and answers you submit for scholarship administration, reporting, and partner coordination where that is part of the program. You must have the right to share any document you upload.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available, including during application and submission periods, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting, or connectivity issues may take the site offline.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Orani Suhay Foundation Inc. is not liable for loss arising from your misuse of the portal, your failure to keep credentials safe, or events outside our reasonable control. These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the portal or the program changes. The date at the top is the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue for disputes connected to the portal is in the courts of Bataan, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
Have foundation counsel review this before treating it as a binding public contract.
